Puzzle Game – Solitaire Tales Review

Solitaire Tales, launched on 08th March, is a Facebook Puzzle game from Qublix, the Canada social game developer of Crush City.  Now it’s recommended at the top of app center, having more than 500,000 people play this.

The concept of the game is that players will become a master of the cards and chase the evil who has stolen the Deck of Power, use the magic of the cards to defeat the enemies. But just like Crush City, the theme has absolutely nothing to do with the gameplay. It combines fast-paced blitz action with puzzle solving strategy.

In each level, players need to look for the goal cards that are shown with a golden border in order to solve the level. Other cards that cover the golden ones can be eliminated by clicking them consecutively higher or lower than the open card in the deck, of which suits and colors don’t matter. On ace players can put a two or a king. If no more moves available, the covered cards in the deck can be clicked to open so that players can match the cards, or with the free Joker card once to match any ones. Continue to use that will cost 5 cash. Some tools can help players to get through the level such as increase extra cards, the gift sent by friends. Fewer moves will get more coins and star. If players fail to collect all the golden cards, it will cost a live which players only have four with free.

The game monetizes through its coins, cash and lives. Coins that can be earned by solving each level are used to buy tool. Cash can unlock the Joker card and lives is the only way players can access the quest.

Solitaire Tales is a quite a good game to kill time. The high quality graph designer, coherent UI and the soft light music will relax players’ mind. Players will enjoy this as soon as they enter it. The limited lives might be the only one that prevents players staying longer time in game. But this won’t be a problem if players follow the distinct guide.

The games are really fun, but so tight that I stopped playing. Also, no support and very hard to leave a comment.

This game is very good except the odds are stacked against the player. There is little chance of earning money,a long wait period before one can claim any gifts, very little reward for doing well. Some levels are easy.some next to impossible which leaves the player frustrated and more inclined to scrap the game instead of continuing.

Not a very good or acurate "review" of the game. The game is fun but there are a lot of glitches and no place to get support.
