RPG And Card Twist - Rise of Mythos Review

Rise of Mythos is an app game on Facebook, Published by the GameFuse. In Rise of Mythos, players embark upon an adventure through a world filled with mythical creatures and monsters where they must battle to protect the city of Silver Heron Ridge from encroaching evil forces. Players can also group up with friends to take on powerful boss fights, compete in an ongoing Player vs Player (PvP) tournament that pits players against their opponents in highly strategic turn based combat, and attempt to climb to the top of Ascension Tower, fighting through 50 levels of increasingly difficult PvE Challenges. In addition, the game offers 4 different classes with 7 distinct factions, an auction house that allows players to buy and sell items, and a crafting system that enables players to fuse, combine, and extract different units in order to assemble their own unique and powerful army.

The game features a cartoon image and the background. A hero who has the ability of summon creature. In game there are seven types of collectible creature cards, all of which have vary uniqueness and attacking ability.
Another feature of this game is the gameplay which mixes a RPG twist into all these familiar elements of regular trading card games. After the newbie guide, players can choose four types of heroes: Warrior, Ranger, Mage and Priest. In order to win, players need to build up a powerful hero to collect powerful and rare card. The grade of hero decides the battle style because it grants respective skill card to use in battle.

There are two main maps in the game. Players have to win the game levels, and then the adventure game world map, exploring different regions and going on single player campaigns. Between battles, players can retreat to the town map, then players can build their kingdom for upgrading cards.

The game unique is the multi-lane tactic battle system. In each battle, by using creature cards and skill cards, the goal is weaken the enemy's life reduce 0. It is turn-based and takes place on a ground that includes four lanes, which divides into twelve squares. At the end of each turn, players adjust cards from your deck and place them in the first three squares in each lane. It is important to adjust the card which on the deck to face enemies, and use the cards in an accurate way.
Rise of Mythos is a nice game. The gameplay is easy through it need to charge money to get great pleasure. The worst flaw is that, there are two other games identical to it, with different name: Ancient Summoner and Kings and Legends. That’s really a bad experience for confusing player why the game uses three different names.
