LIMBO is a puzzle game which was firstly released on PC several ago and got high price from players. Now it’s available on Google, priced at $4.99
Players will be a young boy, searching for his lost sister who wakes up in ‘Limbo’ and has to make his way through a dark and dreary forest. Players need to dodge all kinds of obstacles on the way, all while avoiding terrifying monsters and creatures that are out to get this young boy. The controls are simple: swipe in the direction players like to move. Swiping up makes the boy jump, swiping right makes him move right, etc. The visuals are arguably the most interesting part of the game. Though it’s only a 2D-scrolling game, the graphics are still one-of-a-kind. Limbo is set in a completely monochromatic world that captures gruesome and terrifying intricacies.
The best part is that Limbo has a Mario-Galaxy-style philosophy to reusing ideas. In that it doesn’t. With no central tricks or moves to dictate the gameplay, it’s able to explore The Boy’s influence on the world around him with complete freedom.
